The development of Treasure Island-Yerba Buena (TI/YBI) has undergone extensive public input governed by an unusual partnership among local government, the U.S. Navy, San Francisco residents and Treasure Island Community Development, LLC. Extensive input from the community over the course of more than 15 years has shaped virtually every aspect of the project. This collaborative process will create a community that reflects the true spirit of San Francisco and its residents.
